Rosters by team, level and age division
Teams by level and age division, in your club's words. The athlete who also coaches is one person.
Teams, rosters, practices, competitions and attendance, on a web dashboard your athletes' app keeps up to date.
One club management app for the whole season: schedule every practice, know who is turning up, and give everyone on the roster a record of the seasons they have done.
Athletes answer from their phone, and CheerHit chases whoever hasn't.
Practices, competitions and travel for every team, set once and repeated all season.
Ask a team, your staff or the whole club. Results stay hidden until you've voted.
Elite plan
Athletes send a short clip from the app. Coaches comment on the exact moment, the athlete replies, and teammates never see it.

Our stunt from Tuesday. Am I tight enough at the top?
0:07.40You lose the squeeze right here. Lock your legs together before you reach the top.
0:11.00Clean catch here, much better than last week.
Got it. I'll film it again on Thursday!
Elite plan
Attendance by week and by athlete, with the reasons behind every absence.
Teams by level and age division, in your club's words. The athlete who also coaches is one person.
Keep track of the competitions your teams are going to, and ask who can travel the same way you ask for practice.
A declared holiday shows on every session it covers. No reason asked.
Admin, treasurer and coach are built in. Add your own, like Communication, and choose what each one can see and change.
| Area | Coach Built-in | Communication 2 people |
|---|---|---|
| Calendar & register | Own teams | View |
| Polls | Own teams | Manage |
| Payments & billing | No access | No access |
| Club settings | No access | Manage |
Waivers, medical forms and insurance in one library your whole staff can reach.
Collect dues and competition fees from families without leaving the dashboard.
Three steps, and the last one is the one you keep doing. Nothing to install, nothing to migrate, and your athletes are on the app before your first practice.
Athletes, coaches, admins and treasurers each get a profile of their own: the clubs they have been with, the seasons they have done, what they did there and, for the people who compete, the positions they play and the level they have reached. It stays theirs whether they switch clubs, take a season off or are not in a club at all.
Free to download
Your athletes and your staff get something of their own out of the app, so they actually open it, and answer your reminders when they do.
The mobile app is free for athletes. Whoever runs the program pays per team, only for the teams they run, and saves on every team after the first.
Clubs and teams start at €12 a month for their first team, and every team after that costs less.

CheerHit is an all-in-one app for cheerleading, built for three audiences. Athletes, coaches and staff get a mobile app, free to download on iOS and Android, carrying their own CheerHit pass: a record of the clubs they have been with, the seasons they have done, what they did there and, for the people who compete, the positions they play and the level they have reached. Clubs and teams of every kind (All Star gyms, school and university squads, associations) get a web dashboard that runs the program: teams and roster by level and age division, a season of practices, competitions and travel, attendance with RSVPs and reminders, time away, polls and staff permissions. The app and the dashboard share one account and stay in step, so an answer given on a phone is on the dashboard the moment it is tapped. Competition organizers are next: registrations, entry fees, the running order and judging are coming. Nobody needs a club to use the app; clubs and teams pay per team after a 14-day trial.
Soon. We are building CheerHit for competition organizers: online registrations and entry fees, the running order, judges scoring each routine on a phone or tablet with their comments, and results sent as PDFs. Join the early access list on the organizers page to hear first when it opens.
Yes. CheerHit calls whatever you run a club, but it is built for any cheer program: an All Star gym, a school or university squad, an association, or a single team. Set it up in a few minutes with your program's name, add your team, and invite your athletes with your join code. Pricing is per team, so a program with one team pays for one.
No. Anyone can create a CheerHit pass and build their record from the mobile app, then join a club whenever they are ready. Athletes between clubs, coaches, club staff and anyone taking a season off keep theirs intact.
You pay per team, never per athlete. The first team is full price and every additional team costs less, so a club running six teams pays considerably less than six times the headline price. Each team carries unlimited athletes, so growing a roster never costs more. There are two tiers: Novice covers the roster, scheduling, attendance, RSVPs, competitions, time away and polls, and Elite adds attendance analytics, the club document library and video reviews. You can pay monthly or annually, in euros, US dollars or pounds, and annual billing works out cheaper. Every club or team starts on a 14-day free trial of the full dashboard with no credit card, and teams can be added or dropped at any time from the billing page.
Always. A CheerHit pass belongs to the person, not the club: the clubs, the seasons, what you did there. It stays intact whether you switch clubs or are not in one at all.
CheerHit never sells, rents or trades personal information. Every athlete has their own account, and the account of an athlete under 18 is created and operated by a parent or legal guardian. A minor's profile never shows their age or city, and an athlete under 15 is never visible outside their clubs. No profile ever shows a date of birth, an email address, attendance or absences. A deleted account is permanently erased after 30 days. The details are in our privacy policy.
Only the coaches of the team a video was sent to, and the club's owner and admins. Never teammates or other members. A video's sender can delete it at any time, and it is deleted automatically after 180 days. The videos of an athlete under 18 are sent by the parent or guardian who operates the account. Video reviews come with the Elite plan.
Athletes, coaches and club staff use the iOS and Android app on the go, while clubs get a full web dashboard. Everything stays in sync across both.
Yes. The mobile app is free for athletes, and you can set up your club or team and explore the full dashboard free for 14 days, no credit card required.
Absolutely. Invite athletes with a club code to join in seconds, or reach out and we will help you import your roster.
