Born in a club,
built for the whole sport
CheerHit is the app where cheer clubs and teams run their roster, schedule, attendance and competitions, from All Star gyms to school and university squads.
Why CheerHit exists
CheerHit started on the mat. Its founder, Vivien Mahé, does cheerleading, has been on the staff of two clubs, and knows people in many others. They all run the same way: WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and paper sign-up sheets. Questions get lost in the chat, the roster lives in someone's Excel file, and nobody really knows who is coming to practice until it starts.
General team apps are often built for football, then loosely adapted to other sports. They ask for jersey numbers, which cheerleading does not have, and they know nothing about bases, flyers, back spots or All Star levels. CheerHit was built to speak the sport's own language.
So CheerHit has two halves: a web dashboard for the people who run the club, and a mobile app on iOS and Android for everyone on the mat. Vivien's own club runs its season on it, and the people at practice tell us what to fix next.
What guides CheerHit
- 01
The athlete owns their account
Every athlete has their own account and CheerHit pass, under their own name. It exists before they join a club and stays when they leave one.
- 02
CheerHit speaks cheer
Bases, flyers, back spots, levels, and age divisions each club sets for itself. No jersey numbers.
- 03
Built with the clubs that use it
Vivien's own club runs its season on CheerHit, and what clubs tell us shapes what we build next.
